DFI Work flow

• What did I learn that increased my understanding of Manaiakalani kaupapa and pedagogy? The Manaiakalani programme is bsed on three words create, learn and share. It is an intentional, focused evidence base programme that will support your communtiy of learning to move from the analogue world to the digital world wide. It will support teachers to understand how the digital technologies used effectivelly can have a significant impact on accelerating achievement outcomes as well as to maximise the impact of effective teaching in a digital learning enviroment. • What did I learn that could improve my confidence, capability or workflow as a professional? It is an excellent session where I learned how to create a calendar and share with other people, as well as using different tips to organise my bookmark and tabs. • What did I learn that could be used with my learners? I would like to take a video of my learners doing reading and share with them. I can record their responses during class discussions. • What did I learn that could improve my confidence, capability or workflow in my personal life? I learned that I can create a calendar for my own personal events as well as using keep notes for any family or church sessions or celebrations. Below is the link for my video Thank you for today's session.

I feel very privileged and blessed to be a Manaiakalani teacher and your reflection highlights this sense of gratitude for me. He waka eke noa. We are all in this together. To educate our tamariki and utilise tools we have available to us to engage and accelerate their learning. I know your learners will be empowered as you embed what you are learning in DFI into your teaching practice. Malo lava le fa'amalosi. Manuia tele lenei vaiaso i galuega ma tiute o feagai ai.
